Sleeping Bear Dunes are beautiful and massive sand dunes overlooking the Big Glenn and little Glen lakes. Going out to the Dunes makes a fun day with the kiddos. You can explore this beautiful area or go at night to study the stars that you can see for miles and maybe if you’re lucky, a show of the Northern lights. I remember many years of going to the “dunes” for our end of school celebrations!
