Hi, I am Cathy Bristol
I am a mother of two and a grandmother of five. I love spending time with my kids, and grandkids enjoying the beautiful surrounding lakes in our pontoon boat or exploring the beautiful sand dunes in Sleeping Bear National park or just hiking the many trails here in Northern Michigan.
Traverse City and the surrounding areas have so much to offer, from hiking and biking, boating and diving to winter skiing and snowshoeing, it is all here, and it is my passion to share my love of this area with my clients.
I grew up in Traverse City and then left at a young age to Alaska. Even though Alaska is a beautiful state I always had a yearning to return to my roots in Traverse City, and at the first opportunity I returned to my hometown and never looked back!
For me, real estate is about building relationships with people more than the transaction itself, and I am so blessed to be working in an industry that I love. I will work hard to find you the perfect home, that in my opinion is the most beautiful place on the planet.
Traverse City is a special place that is near and dear to my heart, and I would love to have you be a part of what we lovingly call our “little big town”.
